Nocą groza i tajemnice morza stają się coraz większe. Przy ostrych pociągnięciach pędzla przebłyski światła zdają się zarysowywać ciemność powierzchni. Horyzont znika, pozostawiając nas niepewnych, gdzie kończy się morze, a zaczyna niebo. Dominuje estetyka sepii, która nas wypiera i odcumowuje. Brązy i opalenizny wyłaniające się spod poczerniałego morskiego krajobrazu przenoszą nas nie w inne miejsce, ale w inny czas. Zagubiliśmy się, dryfując w ciemnym morzu.
In the night, the terrors and mysteries of the sea only grow. With harsh brush strokes, the glimmers of light seem to scratch at the darkness of the surface. The horizon dissipates, leaving us unsure of where the sea ends and the sky begins. A sepia aesthetic prevails, displacing and unmooring us. The browns and tans that emerge beneath the blackened seascape transport us, not to another place but another time. We are lost adrift in the dark sea.
